We are proud to present the Cittadini spa Sustainability Report 2024.

This third edition represents a tangible and constant demonstration of our Company's contribution and commitment to advancing sustainable development, as well as highlighting the consolidation of our responsible growth path.

Through this new document, we share the objectives, progress, and challenges we face daily to make our journey increasingly sustainable. In doing so, we ensure the continuity of information related to our organization in full compliance with the principle of transparency.

The 2024 Sustainability Report was prepared according to the GRI 2021 Standards (Global Reporting Initiative), confirming our adherence to internationally recognized criteria for sustainability reporting. Simultaneously, we have initiated a gradual process of alignment with the ESRS standards (European Sustainability Reporting Standards) introduced by the European CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive).

Although we are not yet among the entities obliged to provide integrated sustainability performance reporting, we consider it essential to prepare for European regulatory developments. This commitment allows us not only to strengthen the quality of our reporting but also to prepare in advance for future regulations.

In this way, we can ensure our Clients and Stakeholders receive reporting that is increasingly clear, accessible, and also in line with the new ESRS sustainability standards.
